Tri Vananda is a low-density residential villa development conceived around a well-living philosophy, situated in the Thep Krasattri district of central Phuket. Developed by Montara Hospitality Group in collaboration with Clinique La Prairie and Trisara, the project extends across approximately 600 rai (237 acres) of forests and lakes, with less than 15% of the land allocated to construction.
Residential villas are available in 2, 3, and 4-bedroom configurations, ranging from 325 to 780 sq m. All units are delivered fully furnished and are eligible for inclusion in a branded rental management programme. Pricing starts at THB 60,886,100, with completion targeted for Q4 2027. The development is currently under construction.
